Admin Problems

To the Forumotion Team,

Let me just clarify my problem here i faced. After editing the forum(any edit), i was going to save. But when i click save, it just goes back to the main admin page. There's no way i can edit my forum and now of course, it is stuck. Please do something.

Here are some information:

Forum domain:HERE
Web Browser: MF (Morzilla Firfox), IE (Internet Explorer)
Currently using: Windows XP

(suvinayang is also facing the same problem as me)

I am facing a similar prob..I created the forum but i am nt able to access the admin. Please help... Admin Problems Icon_scratch

Please don't use bold as its for Staff only.

MrMario,

Hi, i am not talking about the lost of password. I am talking about the inability to save. Which is like after i click the save, the forum was updated with the edit. It's just the same. And this goes on and on.

Sanket,

Hmm, i mean like i clicked on "save" button to save the edit, but the edit did not get saved, hence not applied/updated on the forum. I tried saving the forum after editing the forum parts almost every save i can find in the admin board, but none of them got applied/updated on the forum.

NeverGiveUpForever: You ae not using AOL are you? I believe there have been some previous issues.

What's AOL? And there wasn't any previous issue that happenend to me.

I took around 20 seconds to edit before hitting save.

If it was with the servers, there would've been atleast 2 dozen threads posted on this forum about the same issue you are having.

I can't really say whats the problem, because i feel its a issue with your system.

Also, i am pretty sure if i tried it in your admin panel it would work.

One more thing, did you try clearing your cache & check?

the "send new password" fonction is not active!

Maybe you can provide me the admin details to see if it happens to me as well. If it doesn't happen to me, you will have to try from another system thats the only way.
