Duplicate content - penalty search engine

Hi.I have a forum and I have a big probleme.

I have duplicate content becouse the scrist formotion is wrong.

My page : link , link/forum.htm and link/index.htm is the same and google and other search engine view this like duplicate content and my website is penalized for this.

Please help my to have only link without link/forum.htm and link/index.htm.I want to heve visitors from this search engines.

.htm extension cannot be removed from forumotion forums.

You don't understand me.I want to not exist 3 links with the same content.I want to be only link,not link/forum and link/index.

I want to replace the links: link/forum and link/index with link.

I must change something in css or template but I don't know where.
