Chat Box Colors {with picture} [help please]

Ok i'll keep this short and sweet..
I can see the chatbox codes when I look at my "basic CSS sheet" (when it pops up a lil window so you can only view it)
But when it comes to editing.. those codes are no where to be found.

Hope that makes sense....

SO anyway;



I want colors changed, mainly in those places, but I'll be happy with extra information of course.
PLEASE tell me how.

P.S. I'm not very good at knowing where to add stuff within the CSS sheet.. so info on that would be great too. Thanks again.
