How to make a avatar/pic with users without pic!

Where can I upload an picture/avatar for this users, who havent PICs ??

Yes, but I will that its normally! For example:

Smbdy is new login in my forum! And the new members without pic should get a pic (my pic "WITHOUT PIC")

I think it is on Admin Panel => Display => Avatars => click on Avatar gallery Personal avatars or Avatars management I'm not 100% sure where can you add them so its best for you to wait until some one else knows where can you add Avatar for the members who join.

cuz I'm not beaning doing that before.

If you are wanting a default avatar there is a thread on it here.

It will only work on new members though, it will not add avatars to members already registered.
