Few issues with Admin Panel

Hi Forumotion team,

I am having some issues with the forum recently, appreciate your help on this.

1) When I tried to change the banner, it did not save when I click on save. Instead, it brought me back to the main page.

2) Also, I tried to activate new users at 'Users & Groups'. After selecting the user in the list, I clicked on 'Activate' to save the action, it will bring me back to the main page without activating too.

- This is the same issue that another user, NeverGiveUpForever, is experiencing too.
- No, I am not using AOL. I tried with IE and Safari, both not working.
- I tried it on another PC, it is not working also.

3) This issue is not related to the admin panel, but I guess I should bring it up too. As a user, when I log in to the forum, I always click on 'View posts since last visit'. I can also check if there are new posts by differentiating the icon at the main page. However, for the past few days, when I clicked on 'view posts since last visit', it always says that there is no new post, and the icons at the main page is not showing the new posts as well. I am definitely sure that there are new posts for me to view.

- I did not stay logged in to the forum, and no browser was left open before this.
- No one can access my account, so they could not have 'view' my post for me.
- I am not the only one having this issue. Some of the members are experiencing it too.

The above issues has been bugging me. Appreciate your help on this. Thank you.

Can you inform us of what is your main browser?
IE, Safari& AOL are all known to have minor problems with forumotion
Can you also please clear your cache & cookies.

Can you possibly give us the URL to your forum?

I'm using IE, Safari, Firefox. All browsers face the same issue. Clearing the cache and coookies for all does not help too.

Can you access your admin panel, and have no problems via http:///announmous.org ?

I tried inserting the proxy and I can't access any webpages.

So, nothing will be done here?

Did you try it from another system?

I tried with two systems, with all browsers. Its not working.

If you don't mind, can i have the admin account passwords via PM so that i can try. If it doesn't happen to me, its got to do something with your connections or system.
