[URGENT] Forum and Domain gone !!

I need an admin to assist here.

I have been away for a while, and have come back to find my Forum has gone, and my domain name is up for sale !!

I have been inundated with email from the forum members, who can not access the forum anymore.

I have had this for nearly 2 years now.


As I can not access the forum at all, I can not even get into the Admin CP - So am now stuck ??


Can someone please get back to me on this ASP please.

I'd suggest reconnecting with your forum at your original domain that you registered with. If you do not remember your original domain, then i'd suggest connecting to the utilities panel to recover your original domain and connect there.

The domain you have now, is not a product of forumotion as far as I can see, and therefore one of the admins couldn't just return it to you. You'd have to contact the owner of the domain you were using to do that.

Any other questions about domains, and forums missing should be directed to Typlo as he deals mainly with things like this.

This was from forumotion, I paid for the domain through the admin CP.

As for the old name, I am not sure?

It seems my domain name I bought through forumotion - for 1600 credits expired 6 days ago?


I will have to renew it - but funny how I never got an email or something to alert me?
