Problem in restricted forum

Hi all
Im having a problem with one member account on my forum. were a small restricted forum membership is by invite only. the problem I have is one members profile is visable to anyone. I have looked at the settings and can see no difference between how her account and other members accounts have been set up. I cant see any reason why her info is public and all the other members info is hidden to everyone who is not a member.
any suggestions??? / advice???

members put into groups yes

Go back into the profile fields and change the settings to something different then hit save and then go back to what it was before.

or you could check the settings for the individual member having the problem by his name on your admin panel
