(How)Can i add song to my forums?

Hi everyone i read somewhere around support forums that this can be done, but it was written by editboard non-staff and he wasn't certain about the script. So can someone explain me how exactly i can do that. And give suggestion of some hosts that can host mp3.Please guys i need close expalnation for how to do that cuz like you i hope i'll be able to help ppl with this
