Help with Registering Empty Help with Registering

Well, I asked my friends to join my site, they clicked "Register". It typed out, "An Administrator has Banned the use of new members" or something like that. I checked my Admin Panel and it said "New Members are Allowed". What is going wrong??! My forum is at, http://pokemonmasters.pokemonlegend.org/ Thanks ahead of time!
