HTML Problem

I Have This HTML Code

When i put it on General>Announcements Nothing will happen Why????????????

But When i put it on Display>Generalities its Visible.
The problem is that i already put Google Ads on it & when i put both it will come closer to each other & The Website is not Look likes Good...

Can any one help me so i can put this code in another Tag...

well the code is working for me. it sounds like you might have to have the google and that code not together.

you say you already put the google adds on it. on what where?
