How can I add banners

Hello people,

Can some one help me? I'd like to add advertising banners to my forum. preferably to the right of my forum where the widges are.

My forum is www.truly-hench.com is a bodybuilding forum and I would like to advertise my mates online sports supplement store.

I'm very very new to this so please be gentle with me.
