Solved Hitskins and PHPBB3

How are skins for phpbb3 forums made if we can't get into the templates? I want to submit a skin but I need to see how the coding for the phpbb3 forums work....

So all Hitskin skins are made with CSS alone?

Every version have tamplates, but just phpbb2 and punbb allow you to edit them.

I understand this guys. My question is how are the people who are submitting skins to Hitskin doing the html? Or are they NOT doing the html? Talking about for a phbb3 forum.

even if phpBB2 and PunBB have access to the templates, hitskin only saves de CSS modifications, not the modifications in the templates.

Hitskin only uses CSS so even if you do have templates it doesn't matter. People aren't using HTML in their themes.
