How to add a html code in first post only

As this is the first post of this topic.
I want you to suggest or give me some CSS
so that I add it to my forum and the html code
will show up only in the first post for this topic
here on the right side

you can not just have a html for one post.
if the html is enabled then it is enabled for the whole forum.
since you just want this in one post i do not be live css will work either.

what is it you are trying to do may be it can be done with bbcode?

i am not sure if it can be done i would need to know what it is thats going in there?

well the you would just save the image and then add the image as a click-able l;ink leading to the add.

but if these are google adds that you are getting money from then now the only way would be to enable the forums html.. or if you are using phpbb2 or punnbb then you can add to a template but that will not be in a post.
but you can place it in the template to make it over top every post if you wanted too.

other then that clickable images that would lead to the add would be the only other option

But after enabling html I won't be the admin for long, everybody will feel like home and free to use the forum in any way they want.

Is there some box like thing invented thats in bbcode but which can show html code inside it, well ?

it's your forum you can make it a rule that only staff are allowed to use html.

i mean i dont know what to tell ya. i would just put the add on the homepage message or something then. or in a template.

plus your not explaining much. it would be nice to see the add or what ever it is? you dint even say if it was google or something of your own. there are many ways to incorporate things. but i dont really have much to go on with your explanations other then that you can not have html only for one post.

and why dose it have to be in just one post? why cant you put it in a widget, portal,homepage message.. so i dont know.. I'm shooting in the dark here. if you can post the code or what ever the add is then i can give you some suggestions. or a screen shot.

If I enable html, do I have a risk like my password will get stolen or other security risks or probem in forum's functionality will be faced ?

i never really had a problem with haveing html i (think it's a Lil over rated)
some people dont like to use it. but as far as a security risk to your password no you will not have a problem with that. Just remember to always have long complicated passwords and never give it out to no one.
And that should be the rule for where ever your at on the web and what ever passwords you have.
