Request for graphic and web design ads from Forumotion

Is there anyway possible to do something about that space between the Navigation Bar and the ChatBox? If advertising go there would it be possible to put them in so it wouldn't look so funny -- it's like... nothing but a blank space.

I've been trying to figure out to put something in it but can't. Can you please either let me use it (but you gotta tell me where the code for changing it is kept) or ad some graphic design or web design related advertising there. Huh? please Mr. Sir's
