display ads on profile

When somebody opens his/her profile then there is some ads running below its avatar. My qustion is that, if i remove this ads (by means of my credits) can i put my ads there? To understand it more clearly look at the image. I want to put ads here :

Go to your admin panel then general--->configuration after your setting hit save .

you can't put ads there, but you can always try finding a solution

lol that what i did on my site b4 lots of advert display on my website like googles advert but once i change the setting the advert will not appeared anymore.

i never seen a add there before so i dont understand how it's even there?
it's not from forumotion or google so it must have been put in the profile kind of like how i have my youtube video in my profile here.

how can i put my own ads there?
