1. when someone will register how can i remove that agree and desagree stuff

2.when someone register how can i make that the account will be active without the activation link in the email

3.how can i add a shoutbox on the portal (how can i make it)

3. There's a Chatbox implanted in your forum:

Admin Panel => General Admin => Chatbox > Configuration
=> Activate and don not display

Then to have it on your portal:
Admin Panel => Modules => Portal & Calendar => Configration
Add the Chatbox modulme where you want
