Problem with Tables Empty Problem with Tables

I've enabled HTML in my posts to try and create a table. However, when I do it, it makes a very large space at the top of the post. How do I fix this or can I use BBCode to make a table?

No one can help me with this? Is there any way to align using BBcode in a table?
