Can't change avatar

Okay, so I know people on here don't really help but it's a help forum os here I go again:
Some of my members have pointed out that there's no avatar tab on the profile page.
Is there something going on with that?
I haven't changed anything in my settings.

Many other members are facing this problem. There was a bug during the launch of recent updates and techies are working on it.
