Can't Post on My Site Help please

Could someone sort for me please or let me know if there is a problem how to sort.

Was working yesterday I made one post in the Reply.

I have tried several times today to post from Reply button.

I get the buttons New and Reply

I hit Reply but all I get is review.

Not sure what the problem is. What do you mean you only get review?

Hi Mr. Mario exactly that!!
when I click to reply to post it gives me review of the post but no means to reply.
I am so PC ignorant and no idea where I go to send a PM should I not get a helpful reply within 48 hours.
Appreciate all helps and understand life outside of being on here to help others so
where and how to send would be appreciated please.

Preview is just all I get of previous post and no way to reply. I says priview at the top.

Actually now find that the Post Box shows up at the bottom so have to scroll down several of other replies on that thread before finding.

Please how do I get the Reply Box to show up at the top?
I hadn't changed anything in Admin Panel and see a few others here with similar problem.
