Topic review issue...

It used to show UNDERNEATH the post box (where you write your post/reply) now it's showing above, and it's really annoying. Even if I click "reply" rather than using the quick reply box, there it is, the full topic review.

It's a pain in the butt, there are loads of topics about this all over the forum, isn't there an ONLY topic for this yet?

Sorry, I hadn't checked before posting as I didn't realize it was a global issue with all forums. I hope it can be fixed ASAP. Seems it has come about due to the recent attachment and global announcement additions?
