I can't edit members!

Hello everybody. I have a major problem!! Me and my mods can't edit profiles!! Does anybody know how to fix this? I really need help ASAP. Thanks.

What part of the profile are you trying to edit? All admins should be able to. Just access the profile via the admin panel.

When you mean profile, do you mean like area on the profile like Location, Job/hobbies, humour, comments etc? If so, you must make sure that your mods can actually moderate a forum and that the editable by moderator box must be ticked. Go to:

1) Administration Panel (advanced mode)
2) Users & Groups Tab
3) Profiles (on the left, under Users)
4) Click on the edit button () for a profile field you wish for your mods to edit
5) Make sure you tick the box "Who can modify the profile field value ?" as Yes.

Everything can be modified by moderator except join date. Its weird how it won't let me the admin change anything.It lets me edit their profile on the admin panel but I want to edit them on their site profile.

Please check the settings and see if its click on Mod who can edit the profile field. Also some fields that are already on the forum when you started can't be changed because its set for the user.

Well it was a warning bar that I added and it won't let me change it or anything else.

Mind posting a screenshot of the settings that you used to create the waring images?
