Wrong time zone

Hi,

I have seen that whenever I try to make the time zone GMT + 5.5 hrs, it automatically reverts to GMT + 5 hrs. All the users are facing this same problem in my forum. How can I rectify this issue?

Surely there are no countries 5 ½ hours ahead of GMT, so it probably doesn't allow that option.

There are half-hour differences in UTC times, however, I'm not sure if that is the same as GMT?

I don't believe there is anyway to make your forum 5 and a half, you might have to contact an administrator about adding this time zones.

Yes, you learn something new everyday, I had never heard of UTC before today, or that some areas in Asia use half hourly increments.
