Changing Username Empty Changing Username

Hey folks,

I have given access to all the members to change their usernames in their profile. I want to disable that option, but forgot where i did that. Please help!

hi, if you go into user admin & groups, then click on user and forum settings its right near the bottom of the list of things that come up.
