I check my PM and found out that a Guest sends me a PM. Why does this happen?

A guest viewing your forum can use the contact button at bottom of your home page. It comes through like a normal pm. I have found that contacts made like this are from scammers offering "white hat" techniques to boost your site up in google.......for a small fee lol

How is that possible to get PM's by the Guest they must register on the forum then they can send PM.
