I need to Delete My Forum But I cannot Remember Password

I cannot send myself a new password. I cannot log in to my forum , this is the message I received when I try the "Forgot password" function

The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security

I have the original email form Forumotion.net sent to my email address towley@gmail.com so I know my email address and username but the settings in the Admin panel won't allow me to send myself a new password , catch 22 situation


http://shivanisachdevgaur.forumotion.net/forum.htm is the forum I created and I wish to delete it for good.

Can anyone here help me with this request ?
