What is Forumactif in PayPal? Empty What is Forumactif in PayPal?

I don't know if it's safe! Forumactif shows at the top of the PayPal screen since i'm buying 1600 credits for a domain. Is Forumactif a scam name? Or is Forumactif actually related to Forumotion in some way?

Is it SAFE or NOT?
