Change the color of the wording in the Profile?

Ok, so the wording in the profile doesn't show up because it is white. I just need to know which field in the colors section of the admin panel to change.

I don't see the first question..

To the second question:
Administration Panel -> General -> Forum -> Configuration -> Find "Profile position in the messages :" -> Put "Left"
