The black text color would not have gone well with my design. So I changed it to white. hope you like it.

Rob, how do you take pieces of images like that? I used to know how in Photoshop CS3, but Photoshop CS4 they moved some stuff around.

CS4 is exactly the same as CS3. Just set the blend mode to overlay, use a soft eraser to erase away some of the picture.
