picture in profile messages

hello

i saw on another forum that users have underneath their avatar,registration date etc, (the profile when you see the messages, the userprofile) a picture, a small one..
how can i do this???

Admin panel>Users & groups>Profiles>click to a field>Preview>Profiles | messages
