Solved How can I rename "Sticky" & "Announcement"?

Hi,

I know that administrators can rename "Sticky" and "Announcement". I have myself seen this option earlier. But unfortunately I could not find this option today even after searching for some time. Can you please tell me from where I can do this?

administration panel>general>messages and emails>configuration>define another name for(stickies, announcemnets etc)
