Registration Empty Registration

I have just started a Forum and I am recieving feedback in ref to registration. People with an email address that ends in .co.uk can not register as it says the address is not allowed.

HOW CAN I OVERCOME THIS PROBLEM AND ALLOW THESE ADDRESS'S TO BE ABLE TO REGISTER.
