How to creat Stickies?!

Good evening to everybody,

my big question is how can i make a Sticky message or announce in my Forum, i found there is an option to rename Stickies and Announcements, but i cant find the place where i can creat them.

When you create a topic you have the options tab.If it is closed click on the + and then it will expand. In the options there you will see create: Normal topic,Sticky topic and Announcement topic. You can only see the options tab when you create a new topic not when you reply. You can also set a topic that you or somebody else created by editing the first post of that topic.Good luck to you!
