Is it possible to have an icon next to a post title?

I searched and can't find an answer for this.
Is it possible to put a icon next to the subject line in post? I have an Arcade Category and would like to have a small icon of the game next to Title of post.

When you create a category look at the image URL add the image and it will show.

When I post a new topic there is no selection for "Image URL" for the title. Only in the post itself.

I know about the "Image URL" input box for placing it with the title of a forum. But I want the pic on the title of a post.

I don't think that is possible....

Its when you create a category not a topic.

I tried using both img html and bbc code in front of the title in subject line (as you would with color) but that didn't work. Was hoping there was something I didn't know about.

Time to come up with a plan B, lol
