News letter not send

Hello Forumotion.

I send the news letter to all members but the news letter just reach the administration of the forum.

when I send the news letter to all members, I have the confirmation that the news letter was send but the (send to all members) return to administration after confirmation.

I check in the send box and show the news letter was send to all members but I contact other members and no one have received the news letter as me (a normal member) didn't receive the news letter too.
For what was told me, the news letters never have been delivered to the members I contact.
News letter is active on this members profile.

PLEASE help.
This situation are putting me off.

Can some one give a explanation for this matter !?
When I send news letter for members, the group members do not receive the news letter !
This means , I have to send
1 news letter to the members
1 news letter for each one of the groups

In this case, if I have 5 groups, I am restricted to send 3 news letters a day !?
Please explain me.

I didn't know about this and is no information about this anywhere in forumotion !
I think you should review the information in your help files guys.
