Cant change my email address on my forum, pls help!

Hi guys

My email address has changed due to my house move and i cant seem to alter it after following the 2 steps of doing it, i really need it sorted for when new members want to join etc, they wont get in if their registration request is being sent to the old email address.

I would appreciate any help & support plsssssssssssssss! Smile

PS it also states the passwords i entered did not match, strange things are happening!

I found this after a quick 15 second search:

Hello.

To change the founder address, you have to go to the founder's utilities : https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/

IDs to use
Username : Creation email address OR Board address
Password : Creation password

Once connected, you modify the founder's profile.

By the way, forumotion has a rule for people to avoid SMS language like "pls or plz"....
Also, I don't understand how your email address can change if you moved your location, the only thing that would change would probably be your IP address.
We can see that it's a problem, but double topics on the same problem will not make the answering any faster than it is...

The reason my email address has changed is due to the complicated take over of several other broadband providers, i am with the same provider but now i have a different email address.
