Question about gallery Empty Question about gallery

1st.for showing gallery in portal must be pro gallery.because i have free gallery & it doenst appear in portal but its appear in nav bar...
2nd.i want the code for putting pics under forums to describe it
3rd.Can i force member to make a new topic after a number of posts or not.
