how to make this? its like a marquee but when the cursor is on it, it will stop. and also where will put the code?

Administration Panel - General - Scrolling Text Boite_email Messages and Emails - Annoucements - General announcements options - Activate announcements : Yes - New Annoucement (Scrolling Text Ajouter).

Scrolling : left , right etc..

how to chnge font size, and color? it wont work. i made <font color="white" size="5"> but its the same, no change in font size

I do not know what size it is, but sets a size that you find suitable example : 14px ...
