How can I fit the border of my Forum without it moving outside of the space provided?

The border on my forum is off centered. It's alright on the left side but the right side is all the way outside of the area. I've tried using the re-size option and it makes it smaller where it leaves a lot of unused area. Any suggestions?

You could try making your forum width wider...thats probably not the best option, but it's the only one I can think of right now.
