Solved Backgrounds help!

Hi everyone,
I am really new to forumotion and when I add a background it won't show up. I've tried all different internet browsers to check and still no show. I've tried going to a friends house to see if it was my computer and still no show! I am so tired of it its making me really frustrated! Please help me!
