I made the forum width 99% and edited the colours and it isn't changing!

You need to edit the CSS; everything in your CSS overwrites the default settings.

No, the problem is more escalated than that. The theme sorta overloaded so to speak. I have to reset the theme and wait at least a day. lol

Your forum looks like a phpBB3 version to me.

Just add this into your forum's CSS and press the submit button,

Navigation to your CSS :

Administration panel => Display tab => Pictures and Color table => Colors link => CSS stylesheet tab => Copy & paste code => Submit
