Changing Header Link

I've been looking for a solution to this for a while, but I haven't found it yet. Hopefully somebody on here can help!

I'm trying to change the link on the header so that when you click the header image it directs you to the portal instead of the forums. How do you change that link?

The administrator panel can't be modified, I mean when it was made it was made to work like this. So its too late or you can suggest typlo that when new improvements were added next time there could be an option like that.

Are you saying that it's simply not possible? That's sort of a roundabout way to say it. Because I'm not actually trying to change the admin panel

Yes this is possible. I did it on my forum. But your forum version has to be phpBB2... that's what my forum version is. Not to sure about other versions.

You have to edit one of the templates... once again not to sure which one I think it might be "overall_header_new". In the mean time I will go on my forum and take a look... see what I can do for you.

We are running phpBB2, so that should be fine. I haven't directly edited any templates yet, so I'm not sure how to do that in the first place though. I'm starting pretty much from scratch for a lot of this. I appreciate any help you can give!
