the problem is highlighted below with a red curcyle it is my anouncement it is going of the page how do i make it sorter ? please help thanks.

Administration Panel - Display - 
Pictures and colors - Colors - Background Colors - Background color 1 : leave blank - Save.
Next : Go to A.P - Display - Pictures and colors - Colors - CSS Stylesheet and copy this code
