Renaming a few Things

I want to rename a few things and I don't know where/how to do this.

First I want to change things like "Sticky...Global Announcement" For the topics.
And second how can I rename Portal Widgets? LIke "Latest Topic" ?

1) General>Messages and Emails>Configuration
Define another name for Announcements :
Define another name for Stickies :
Change it there
2) You cannot change the title of the default widgets available.
