Possible to swap ranks without having to access the ACP?

Hello forumotioners! Is it possible to change a users rank without doing it through the Admin Control Panel?For example: Editing groups and users in the groups can be done right from the forum if you are the groups Moderator, whereas ranks have to be swapped from the ACP.. =|
