I've totally lost my password: I can't log into the forum and to the tools:

Title of your message: Founder password lost
The message itself:
indicate the url of your forum and the email you used when you created your forum :

Creation email: xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Click on my signature that says Lost Password and follow the steps. You will need one more post to be able to send a PM.

It is never best to post the forum link and creation email on the forum. Only do that in PM.
