Solved Cannot edit topic title!

I am trying to edit the title of a topic on my forum. It is my post, and I am the admin of the forum.

I have checked the admin settings and I have "allow modification of topic title" set to YES.

I go in and try and edit the topic title of this post, make the change, then click "send" but when I go back the title has not changed at all.

At the bottom of the posting area, there is a field called modify the topic's title. Change it there.
