Permissions Problem/Question

I was wondering how to make it so members can reply to a topic but cant post new topics. For example if there is a forum which i post a topic, they can reply to it but cant create there own topic. i was wondering how to do this if any can help.

Hello,

Go to your Admin Control Panel> General> Categories and Forum> Select the in the category you would like these affects to take place in to edit that categories permissions.

Once you are there just read the screen and don't let guests make there own topics! =P

Oh sorry one more question, i have a lot of forums i need to change the permissions for, is there any way i can do this for all of them one time?
