the code is working for me.. be sure you have your html enabled on the forum.

Admin Parnell>general>messages and emails>configuration

Scroll down to always allow html select yes then hit save.

Now go to you homepage index.

click profile>profile preferences.

once again scroll down to allow html,select yes and hit save.
