Change of language through link? (Not translation)

I was wondering... (please bear with me I know little about passing information through links and how is that called) Is there a way to add a string in the link that instruct the browser to show the skin in another language?

No. I don't mean it to translate the content of the page, but just as if you choose in profile a language, if you could add some string that loaded the page in that way.
You know just in the way that using
https://help.forumotion.com/msg.forum?mode=post&u=29631
redirects you to the pm redact page with my username already in the box.

Something like:
https://help.forumotion.com/index.htm?lang=english

So, is it possible?
