Gif is too slow!!! Empty Gif is too slow!!!

Ok, so I was going to propose some gifs...

when i made them, I made them so that the speed was just right... but when I save it, it is so slow and jerky.

I have even made the frame rate 0 (the lowest it goes) and it is still jerky! but If I play it in the program it is so fast you can't even see it properly...
Any suggestions?

The original only does it once, so I made a constant loop one so you can see...
